Yes Mo, but that’s £120 a year! you only have to register on MAM so effectively free.
I and I think most on here are looking for the same deal.

Well I pay £12 pm for MAM.
I actually get live prices with my broker Charles Stanley, but it times out after 20 mins I think.
Been reasonably happy with MAM apart from a few chart issues , I mainly use MAM just for prices/trades.
Pity they are ending the service (and why such short notice ????)
Maybe if a few more people paid instead of getting free service, they'd be able to continue.

All depends what is important to you as an investor or trader.
As I say live prices for free is the big draw for me and the links off it like charts and RSN,s etc.
If someone can point me to a similar site at that rate that would be great, so far no one has.

Well the Googlefinance() function is quite powerful, but te data is more delayed than it was about a year ago, used to be maybe 30 sec to a minute delayed, much more now for some reason (I think they slowed it down intentionally).
Still very handy for an overview of the market though.

Mo, is that using Java?
Many web users have now moved to HTML5 as Chrome does not support Java applets.

It's not Java - it's a Google spreadsheet (
https://docs.google.com) using the GoogleFinance function to bring in prices.
They don't stream - it's a snapshot - but a reasonably live one. I built a something similar to the one above. As it's Google
they'll suddenly decide to discontinue it one day. A reference:

That's just a screenshot of my Googledocs sheet.
Uses Googlefinance function plus conditional formatting etc etc.
I have another of the Dow 30 stocks - give you a very quick overview of what's rising and falling over the pond.
