If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I have 5 terminal views showing on my terminal page but the lines showing each view is incomplete. Clicking on any one of them and I get a blank page coming up.

Phot,
Can you go to internet options, clear your temp internet files and then restart again please - everything is working fine with terminal at the moment, so I can only assume that it is a local problem.

Photo,
As JT said it does sound as if your browser is playing up a little - which browser are you using? If it is IE can you please run a windows update to make sure everything is up to date.

Use AOL as ISP, just done Windows search for update, nothing found.
Use McAfee firewall and ran virus scan, nothing found.
Will keep trying the terminal page and see how it goes during the day.

Photo,
It does point to your AOL browser - I don't know much about the AOL browser, but perhaps there is a later version you could download from them or some updates for it - may be worthwhile contacting AOL to find out.

Will ring them later but I did an AOL computer check up this morning and everything was fine so my version is up to date.
Gremlins sometimes dissapppear without explanation so will wait until later before any other action.
Thanks for your assistance.
