Golddog - Where r u?

Hello Jeroo,

I e-mailed GD this morning but I've not had a reply yet.

In the meantime, I've quickly rattled off a spreadsheet to keep tabs on the game and you're currently in the lead followed by Slacker. Unfortunately, I don't have the wherewithall to convert the file into HTML so that I can publish it onto some webspace.

Thank you Hilary - It amazes me that I'm still top as I've missed the Sunday deadline twice in a row recently when I've wanted to change my game portfolio.

I hate to be a harbinger of doom and gloom, Jeroo, but I've just had a peek at it and you're actually second. Da Bear is in the lead. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm hoping that GoldDog is going to re-appear soon and take over the running of things. In his absence though, I'm happy to carry on the game for the moment and, if everyone still wants to play, continue to post your trades up for next week by the noon Sunday deadline as normal.

I'm reliant at the moment on the generosity of Jeff for converting the files to html, so I'll probably only update the tables every couple of days. The spreadsheet is in Lotus 123 format, so if anybody knows of a simple convertor to html I'd be grateful.

Also there was a bit of confusion yesterday as I'd entered the wrong value for Da Bear's trade and incorrectly thought that he was in the lead. He wasn't ........... Jeroo is, so well done Jeroo!!

I find it strange that his header here has been edited, as has the header in the Tea Rooms.
