If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Use AOL as ISP, just done Windows search for update, nothing found.
Use McAfee firewall and ran virus scan, nothing found.
Will keep trying the terminal page and see how it goes during the day.

Photo,
It does point to your AOL browser - I don't know much about the AOL browser, but perhaps there is a later version you could download from them or some updates for it - may be worthwhile contacting AOL to find out.

Left the terminal views page open yesterday and eventually it loaded fully,ie the blue oblong strip at the bottom showed completely filled and I was then able to open the terminals views one by one. However I noticed various boxes at the top and bottom of the page which I had never seen before and did not seem to be serving any useful purpose.Six at top five at bottom. Just to keep you posted on the situation, seems same happening this morning.

Photo,
If you speak to AOL let me know what they say about the browser - the boxes you mention would be adverts - it is a bit of a long shot, but if the AOL browser is showing these as blank, it may be that some sort of ad blocking software in the browser is possibly interfering with the display - I am just guessing here, but it does seem to be something AOL browser specific as it works perfectly in IE.

Didn't speak to AOL last night, other events took over.
Will speak at some stage today, presumably these boxes should should as adverts on my terminal page.

In response to enquiries on the Betfair forum for decent realtime FTSE charting, MAM is often recommended. Given the close finishes on some of the hourly FTSE bets, an accurate chart is essential.
Looking at today's MAM chart, however, it appears that the data is not correct. The first tick after 9am is shown on my FutureSource feed as 4845.20. This agrees with Betfair/Bloomberg. However, the MAM chart shows the open of the first 15min bar after 9am as just over 4843.
To use your chart for Betfair purposes, one would obviously need to subscribe to streaming charts. Is the same data source used for both steaming and non-streaming charts? If so, would you please investigate and resolve the above discrepancy?
Thank you.

Piptrader,
The intraday and the streaming charts draw their information from the same place - I will cross compare with some other providers to see if there is a discrepancy.

Piptrader,
I have cross compared with a seperate data source and the first 15 min bar on both us and the independent data source was just over 4843 as we are showing.

Spoke to AOL,as long as I've done a computer checkup within AOL the browser should be up to date. They don't know why the page wouldn't load properly.
OK yesterday and this morning, loaded straight away first time.
Thanks for your help.
