A new thread that may swim in hibernation for a few days or weeks as the process of evolution takes place ......
Imagine a slimmed down debt free company with one division stacked with orders and self financing with cash in the bank.
Then imagine a partner for the other division with pockets so deep that they could fund a rocket to the moon ..... and back
Dreaming of course but Tads can do that to you ..... what a gem or is that a bygone dream as well .....

It was the brambles superrod.
Thats what made me think of this bb. Brer fox - Neo/Oily thinking he's so smart and Brer Rabbit -Ains ending up surrounded -surrounded by briars -a lot of little pr*cks.
But still covered in tar because, even if you wriggle out, some of its sticks.

"Its funny how people try and sneak in under the radar. It actually brings home just how many aliases posters actually had when denying they had any. We have 'interesting 'technology' to help us."
I welcome any technology that removes aliases and await any further news and advice on this. Keep up the good work and this site will become far superior to any other, including iii because there are loads of aliases and posters with hidden agendas over there, just like Advfn.
Superrod
"although a FAR superior site to advfn :o) certain peeps persist in calling anyone who is pro tad an alias of ainsoph."
I agree that some of the threads are excellent, here, and very informative too.
However, it does fall on the other foot, superrod, I was called an alias of the "bits and pieces" by a certain poster and I am far from anti-Tad. Advfn, iii, Fool and MoneyAm would be able to confirm I am not, quite easily here and now (I only use one name) and should I be lying I would expect to be contradicted accordingly by the moderators immediately. Just posting because there is two sides to every argument.
Besides, I understand TT is purchasing another computer with, if I am right, a new IP address. I guess he will be back here before we know it. Obviously I may be wrong, but I am entitled to my opinion. That is why credit card registration is absolutely necessary, because unless you have a dodgy credit card, you cannot lie about your name and address.
Just so as you get this absolutely right. I am pro Tad, am long and want Tad to succeed. My only failing was to disagree with a certain poster, once or twice, based on my complete dissatisfaction of the way Tad was/is being directed. I want news of deals and orders, an end of Gem, a profitable and strategically sound alliance/partnership with ETI just like everyone does. I may believe that Tad will be 20p someday or hope for more, but I have no substance to work on that allows me to say that, via a ramp, or an alias or any other mechanism.
Please accept I am not patronising you here. Just airing my views as politely as I can and, obviously honestly.
Have a good weekend all (sadly, I'm working today and tomorrow).

Trish Trash
I asked a simple question, as ever the "team" have to attempt to insult any they think may be trying to outwit them, very odd,and me asking if you do pay is discreditable?, very ,very odd, I was answering Beaus` post actually, and incidentally when the time is reached to have to ask a fool like you permission to post, I won`t bother ta.
You will give me what for being `persistent`?-your permission, you`ll give me that?, butt out.
So we can take it that you are a paying guest then ? excellent, I look forward to you opening a TAD thread in the traders room.
As beau said above credit card registration is essential, I commend it.

Densil.
Not sure I can answer that. Ask Mr Caplin, he is supposed to look after
our interests.
Mind you he is a shareholder now, perhaps he is looking after his own interest.

IEQ to be wound-up, litigation will continue
Scheme set up to assist liquidators recoveries for creditors and shareholders against former directors
Athens Greece -- (OfficialSpin.com) -- 28/05/03 -- IEQ PLC today announced that the Company would be wound-up following a Petition being pursued by its managing director, Greg Lloyd Smith. Lloyd Smith, who, with his wife, is one of the largest creditors of the Company, sought the Petition as a method of assisting with the Company's two lawsuitsclaiming more than 3 millionagainst a number of former directors and one adviser.
Current insolvency legislation allows directors of failed companies to be pursued in the courts for recovery of money where there has been negligence, misconduct or misappropriation of assets. However, all too often liquidators cannot pursue actions because of lack of funding.
Under the civil recovery scheme The Insolvency Service and a team of private sector insolvency specialists known as the Forensic Insolvency Recovery Service ("FIRS") work together to take legal action against directors in appropriate cases. The legal action is on a no-win-no-fee basis.
The scheme aims to deter directors from abusing the privilege of limited liability, and to obtain a return to creditors.
IEQ PLC recognised that the FIRS programme would assist in connection with the company's ongoing litigation:
-- IEQ PLC v. Sir Richard Needham, others, Case No. HC02-C00065
-- IEQ PLC v. John Shaw, others, Case No. HC03-C01527
The full list of defendants are:
Sir Richard Needham
Anthony Caplin
John MacKay
John Shaw (two lawsuits)
Christopher Foster
Seymour Pierce Private Equity Limited
Jonathan Wright
EMCEE Nominees Limited
Memery Crystal Solicitors
The first case involves significant breaches of fiduciary duty by the former directors that resulted in the loss of more than 3 million in shareholder funds. The second case involves the very basis upon which IEQ obtained its certificate of trading and admission to AIM and includes the companys former solicitors,

it should be a required caveat of every thread to state "never believe ANYTHING you read on a bb "
