Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

In to the last week now.
I'm sorry to see it but, ft poll of polls now have Brexit 48% and Remain 43%.
Hoping for sanity to arrive next week and we rise into the vote.
In any event, holding short the housebuilding shares for a sharp dip.
Surprised you Breiters are all not much more up beat.
Be careful what you wish for.

We'l make up for it on the 24th if its a vote to LEAVE, which hopefully
it will be, and going by most people(99%) that i speak to are for LEAVE..

If there is a vote to LEAVE, then article 50 would be invoked, which
means a timetable has started, but trade WILL carry on as normal, it
just won't stop, its only when negotiations have concluded and what
trade deals have been agreed on, all being well within 2 years?..

I wonder how many old aged pensioners now living in the EU will return from their villas and flats to the UK.
Should put a strain on the NHS and welfare system.

Why should any old aged pensioner return to the UK if they're
happy where they're, unless they want to come home on their
own volition?
And if they did come back no one should deny them any treatment
they need, after all they did contribute to the system before retiring
to the sun...Unlike some that arrive in the country and start claiming
everything going without contributing.

Immigration seems at the moment the main talking point and also the reason for most wanted OUT.
Just a couple of points.
The Asians, African and Arab migrants already represent a high % of the population and that number will continue to grow as Cameron last year introduced a fast track migration policy for Indian businesses which included sole traders. So a matchbox seller could be construed as a business and migrate to Britain + all the relatives.
2011 Census (obviously understated on the migration front.....)
White 55,073,552 87.17% Increase 1.81%(from 2001)
Asian/Asian British 4,373,339 6.92% Increase 69.58%(from 2001)
Black/Black British 1,904,684 3.01% Increase 65.80%(from 2001)

I wonder if this (sick) opportunity will work for the remainers?
The true left at work.
