Watchlist

rjd123 - 06 Jun 2006 09:16

Why doesnt the buy and sells columns on the Watchlist reset itself before the start of the days trades. I keep getting left with the data from yesterday.

rjd123 - 07 Jun 2006 07:45 - 3 of 21

Hi Ian

It's prior to the open and then carries on so at the moment Ive been looking at ADVFN in stead. It's only the buy and sells columns the Cum. Column always starts at a zero. No refreshing doesn't make a difference.

rjd123 - 07 Jun 2006 08:02 - 4 of 21

Hi Ian I have just checked the watch list (markets are now open) and today all yesterdays buys, sells and the totals are showing!!!!

rjd123 - 08 Jun 2006 08:21 - 5 of 21

OK it's back to having yesterdays information in!!!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 08 Jun 2006 08:32 - 6 of 21

rjd,

We monitored it this morning prior to open, and you are right, it does show the buy and sell vols from yesterday untill open, then when refreshed after open it clears to show todays. We will take a look into this and work on a fix for it,

Ian

why cant i delete my watch lists

IanT(MoneyAM) - 08 Jun 2006 09:15 - 8 of 21

acaldin,

This is a bug that we are working which sometimes does not allow you to delete watchlists.

If you E mail me with the names of the lists you would like deleted we will do it back end, whilst we work on a fix,

Hi IanT

Another problem on the watch lists is that when I check the big one I have with oil shares the % value shows zero and given the way that the majority are down it should give a % figure

IanT(MoneyAM) - 08 Jun 2006 13:20 - 10 of 21

rjd,

can you give me an example epic code please. Also if possible could you send me a screen shot so that I know exactly how you have your watchlist set up? ian@moneyam.com

Ian

Screen shot just sent by email.

Cheers

KEAYDIAN - 09 Jun 2006 08:27 - 12 of 21

Ian.

How many stocks can one have on their watch list?

KD.

KEAYDIAN - 09 Jun 2006 08:29 - 13 of 21

I mean on their stockwatch.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Jun 2006 08:31 - 14 of 21

Keaydian,

It should allow you to have circa 200, but depending on you machine and connection type, it could load a little slower if you went up to that level.

I have about 120 stocks in one of my lists, which is can happily access with no problems.

Ian

KEAYDIAN - 09 Jun 2006 08:34 - 15 of 21

Ok, thanks.

KEAYDIAN - 09 Jun 2006 16:03 - 16 of 21

Any chance it could hold 7k?

rjd123 - 15 Jun 2006 15:19 - 17 of 21

Ian any news on when you're going to get the %'s to show on the watchlists???

IanT(MoneyAM) - 15 Jun 2006 15:20 - 18 of 21

rjd,

This is something that Jonathan has been discussing with our technical team and as soon as they provide him with an answer, and a fix, I will let you know.

Apologies for the delay in resolving this,

Ian

rjd123 - 23 Jun 2006 15:34 - 19 of 21

Hi IanT - Thanks for sorting out the problem. How about giving me L2 free for a year for bringing the problem to your attention??

rjd123 - 20 Jul 2006 07:55 - 20 of 21

Iab T just checked my watchlist and all yesterdays sales and buys are still there. Can you get it sorted!!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 20 Jul 2006 07:57 - 21 of 21

rjd,

At the moment, unfortunately not - we are looking into this (please see my thread on streaming services). I will update on that thread any progress. Please accept my apologies,

Ian
