Results expected 5th December 2007...trading statement suggests "in line with expectations"
One of the UK's largest online direct marketing organisations, TMN Group plc was established in 1999 and has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2000. Following TMN's acquisition of EDR and iD Factor in 2005, it has grown to a multi-million pound turnover group, with the objective of dominating the online direct marketing sector.

A number of services are covered by the 3 divisions in the group: TMN Media, EDR Agency and iD Factor. Each brand provides a specialist approach to their field of expertise.

This was a tip a few days ago from Scarlett Moore of Sharecrazy Supermarket. Tangent claimed they were withdrawing. This may have been after a chat with the board who claim to have other potential bidders, which is what Scarlett claims with a target price of 70p. Apart from Danson buying there was a large sale at 55p yesterday.
So who is correct?
