LONDON (Thomson Financial) - In Cup Plus PLC said it is in discussions regarding the appointment of a new nominated advisor as Deloitte & Touche LLP will cease to act in this role on March 31, 2008.

The AIM-listed vending system company said if discussions are not successful and no other nominated advisor is appointed by end-March, its shares will be suspended from trading from April 1. Its shares will be cancelled from April 30, if no nominated advisor is found by that date
