Phocus (PQS)

hangon - 10 Apr 2008 10:54

Was 1.60 in Jan 2006 - today it's 8p mid.
+ A name-change that includes "Pharmacutical" has at least meant this business isn't confusded with any other, further down the road......however their activity is far from clear; as this clip from the recent RNS....hardly helps.
+Can someone here suggest if this is worth investing at these lows?
What's their cash-burn, I understand they have at least two products in Trials - but nothing further than PhII, which is not expensive to undertake. For many products this will represent at leasy a further 5-years to reach commercilisation - say 2013 - oh dear.

"......implementation of a new vision and strategy to be a specialty
pharmaceutical company and the excellent progress of our lead product
Chronocort, which holds great promise for the treatment of patients with
congenital adrenal hyperplasia and adrenal insufficiency due to conditions such
as Addison's Disease
......."
...er, that's clear, then?

Thanks skyhigh, you've brought my view into focus.

Furthermore I'm still confused by the Director Options (or were they Buys?).....counting chickens methinks - and it's Retail Shareholders that pick up the tab.
Well, not (yet) - this one.
