All,
As you will bee aware for the last 2 hours we have been experiencing a problem which has meant that our level 2 and level 1 streamers are not available.
We are working to resolve this issue and I can only apologise at this point in time, and as soon as we know more, we will of course update you.
Regards
Ian

Shall we be getting refunds on our subs??
Not good enough to be off this long in market hours, has already cost me a lot of money.

Shamona/Dealer,
apologies - we are still working on the problem and are hopefully nearing a resolution.
This issue has been caused by an extraordinary problem, which we have not seen before - hence the delay in resolving it. I will let you know whne we have this back up and running.

Oddie,
Normal service is now available - could you do the following please?
1. Log out and go to the home page.
2. in the login box, click on the clear moneyam cookies link
3. now re enter your username and password and log back in
4. if this does not work, please close down all your borwser and then re open and try again
If that does not work, can you try this?
Could you try and clear your temporary Java applet files please?
1. Close all of your browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)
2. Go to Control Panel
3. Click Java->Settings (in Temporary Internet Files section)->Delete Files->OK
4. Go back to stockwatch and try again
If that does not work, let me know exactly what you see when you try to access stockwatch please?

Seems like L2 are basing the current price over an increase/decrease on yesterdays opening price.
