OH DEARY: (50% fall today=1.5p/2p)
Yet some Financiers buy oodles at 1p, - the rest of the idiot Market pays 2p
It seems the lessons of 2005 were not sufficient to shift Management into a selling/profit mood, despite their high salaries, etc.
Now buying sp is 2p - but don't be fooled, this is double the price the City is paying, so expect the Market to be awash for a long time.
-Reading the Co Ann (worthwhile, but long) - it seems the last 6months sales "revenue" has been just over 100k - and they need 1m to reorganise the company ( What! Still?)and get Regulatory Approvals...etc.
+Plans to list in America have been pulled, due to the US-Economic climate ( there's a surprise), so presumably the hangers-on have waived their fees ?(Grr.).
-All you who invested new money in this outfit will (maybe) heed the lessons of history....Leopards, spots
If there is any "good" to come from this, maybe that they have securred finance, but I think we have to be resolved that the company has been snatched from long-term supporters. It's owned by the financiers who are installing themselves in the Boardroom - Hooray if they have an ounce of zip between them, but my fear will be that they will look too closely at the money, rather than building a business, using this technology. Recent News indicates they have a viable product, but they can't sell it and-or there is no market for the Tests they cover. . . . we have another business like this over here...PRM, who have such a wonderous product they are keeping it.
These companies should be paying Execs on results ( when t/o reaches 1m, say) and meanwhile pay Salesmen/women a huge wad, based on wide distribution, etc....the sp tells it all....and that was after the CONsolidation, so today's news represents a wipeout for early-investors.(Subject to shareholder approval at an EGM, etc.)....please DYOR....all IMHO.
EDIT (05Dec08) . . . AFT says "US-IPO withdrawn" - and sp takes fright...but I thought this was old news? (Snag is the News services don't put a time-stamp on their work (er, why not?)...as I suspect this should have come out nearly a day earlier . . . anyone? . . . ( 1p/2p_)

55% increase on significant many buys
- but I wonder if Retail Shareholders have taken to "buy"? - My guess is these are institutional buys( to av.dn.), however, I'm not convinced this is a good business and my money is safer elsewhere...in my pocket.
