CMC not paying my money

Hello Traders,

CMC are not paying my money after I made a request to withdraw funds. I have no open position and flat. I have contaced the financial ombudsman who says I have to wait 8 weeks before they can do anything. They give me no reason why they are not paying me.

Can anyone please advice what I can do as I really need my money for my family.

yes but they dont give me a reason. They say they are investigating my complaint, why they are not sending money.

They are being funny, i have no disputes whatsoever on any trades, been in cash for 2 weeks.
