I think it is appropriate to offer thanks to your staff for the recent good service received! On Tuesday I ordered a Fullstop Excalibur wheel clamp. Due to the fact that the product was offered at a competative price it was out of stock at your central point. However because the nearest Discover Branch to me (Delamere) had 2 in stock the telephone sales clerk offered to sell me the item and arrange for the Delermere site to despatch the item to me. This arrived the next day! Thanks to all concerned(both at the sales centre and at Delamere) and as a result a very satisfied customer!! Paul Taylor
