required field - 06 Jan 2010 16:41 - 4 of 19

We shall have to talk with mob accents here.....like ; "vat do dey doo ?...Ah dont no...av to tok to da wife...and hav sum cuffee"....this has rocketed up today, and the company don't know why ?...

york - 06 Jan 2010 17:22 - 5 of 19

Thanks HARRYCAT, nice of you to respond. and you too R F, I always appreciate your input , my best wishes to you both for this new year.

required field - 07 Jan 2010 07:56 - 6 of 19

Happy new year york.....another little oil company to keep an eye on, too many to mention them all....there must be hundreds on Aim now...

HARRYCAT - 11 Jan 2010 12:14 - 7 of 19

Down 47% today! Mega high risk, but money to be made for the day traders.

ravey davy gravy - 11 Jan 2010 18:25 - 8 of 19

Not surprising because of the parasites that patrol advfn Deo were forced to issue a statement after somebody invented a ludicrous story about 500 million barrells of oil being found.

But do the FSA have the resources or the balls to start taking action about the conmen who invent stories on smallcaps to start pump and dumps and trap hundreds of people who chase them up, it always happens.

I would love to see the person or persons tracked down and put away for this
action, if a person stole 50000 from their work they usually get 1-3 years in Jail so
a person that makes 50000 from posting made up stories should suffer a similar fate.

faceface - 11 Jan 2010 21:39 - 9 of 19

Still happy to be in this one for the long term

ravey davy gravy - 11 Jan 2010 22:29 - 10 of 19

I would not be happy, i'd be nervously hoping the mm's open the price anywhere
near where it closed, does having just 200k of cash and a market value of crazy
proportions not strike you with worry, the directors abysmal track record, suggest
you pop over to advfn and read some of the stories that are doing the rounds about this lot, it was a well orchestrated pump and dump by some who knew there
was virtually no stock on the market, all they had to do was keep buying up tiny
amounts and then the herd would take over and the mm's would do the rest.

It's only worth about 0.2p so the current price is ludicrous.

ptholden - 11 Jan 2010 23:10 - 11 of 19

faceface being one of the rampers in the first place ;)

faceface - 12 Jan 2010 08:50 - 12 of 19

Ptholden grow a set

faceface - 12 Jan 2010 08:54 - 13 of 19

Ravey is it your turn to ramp it down

ravey davy gravy - 12 Jan 2010 17:49 - 14 of 19

faceface

Would you sell your mate a 20 pound note for 150 quid or maybe 300 ?

That is exactly what the mm's are doing with this stock currently !

Balerboy - 02 Jun 2010 19:26 - 15 of 19

seen the directors buys here......someone's making money namely the directors...

hlyeo98 - 02 Jul 2010 09:59 - 16 of 19

DEO has been a disaster. Pump and dump.

hlyeo98 - 12 Oct 2010 10:22 - 17 of 19

DEO is at best worth only 40p now. It is fund-raising... no money.

HARRYCAT - 12 Jan 2012 14:22 - 18 of 19

I think you were correct hlyeo. Very high risk!!!

StockMarketWire.com
Parkmead has agreed a £12.7m takeover deal for DEO Petroleum.

Under the terms of the acquisition, shareholders will receive two Parkmead consideration shares for each DEO share held.

Based on the price of a Parkmead share of 14.75 pence, the acquisition values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of DEO at approximately £12.7m , and each DEO Share at 29.5 pence.

The consideration of 29.50 pence for each DEO share represents a premium of approximately 40.5% over the closing price of 21.00 pence per DEO Share on 25 May.
