Make that Kailmantan Gold!

Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited is a junior exploration company listed on both the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada and on AIM in London. The Company has two exploration projects in Kalimantan: the Jelai epithermal gold project in East Kalimantan (which is optioned to Tigers Realm Minerals) and the KSK Contract of Work in Central Kalimantan with multiple porphyry copper and gold prospects (which is optioned to a wholly owned subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan Exploration Corporation). For further information please visit www.kalimantan.com.

In Central Kalimantan, the company has drilled more than 35,000 metres at its KSK copper project, uncovering the potential for a world class deposit. Since April 2011, the KSK project has been under joint venture to a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan Exploration Corporation. Drilling is expected to commence shortly after issuance of a forestry permit which is expected soon. A review of historical data on the project using state of the art techniques and processes has confirmed the potential for major copper deposits below the level of drilling to date.

In East Kalimantan, there has been 14,500 metres of shallow drilling at its Jelai gold prospect which has the potential to yield a major epithermal deposit. On November 10, 2011, the Company announced receipt of the permit necessary to allow drilling to commence by Tigers Realm. As announced on February 15, 2011, pursuant to an option agreement Tigers Realm has the right to earn up to a 70% interest in the Jelai Gold project by meeting certain project expenditure obligations and completing a bankable feasibility study by June 2, 2015, the expiry date of the Jelai IUP. Tigers Realm's proposed drill program expenditure is US$2m over the first 18 months with approximately 8,000m of drilling at the Mewet Prospect planned.

KLG actively supports the Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta (YTS) Foundation which has an outstanding track record in community and social projects close to the exploration areas.

Kalimantan Gold Announces Maiden Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate for Beruang Kanan Prospect, KSK CoW, Indonesia

Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited is pleased to announce the results of the independently estimated maiden Mineral Resource prepared for the Main Zone of the Beruang Kanan prospect within the Company's 100% held KSK Contract of Work project, Kalimantan, Indonesia. A Technical Report compliant with NI 43-101 will be published on Sedar within 45 days and will be available from the Company's website.

HIGHLIGHTS
Inferred Resource of 47 million tonnes averaging 0.6% Cu or 621,700,000 pounds of copper.
Mineral Resource estimate is only for the Main Zone, a portion of the Beruang Kanan mineralized area and is based on assays from 74 diamond drill core holes that were drilled from 1998 to 2007 and then from 2012 to 2013.
The Mineral Resource is contained within a near-surface, shallow-dipping and strongly mineralized system, that extends over an area of 1000m (N-S) and 950m (E-W) with depth extents ranging from surface to between 100m and 350m below surface (top to bottom). The mineralization remains open in several directions.
Other priority targets in the BKM project area have been identified at Beruang Kanan South (BKS), Beruang Kanan West (BKW) and BKZ Polymetallic (BKZ) prospects; each within 1.5km of the BKM Inferred Mineral Resource.
KLG's CEO Faldi Ismail commented: "The BKM independent Inferred maiden Mineral Resource estimate for the Company's flagship Beruang Kanan copper project is an important milestone which gives the Board, potential partners and shareholders confirmation of BKM's potential. The Board is further encouraged by the fact that the BKM mineralization is high grade near-surface with a relatively shallow dipping nature, and drilling in 2013 and desktop work confirmed the potential for additional resources to both the west and south. The Board remains committed to drill testing these further areas and developing the BKM Copper Project with a view to fast tracking the project through to an early development option."
