Good morning traders!

In the US last night, the Dow gained 109 points at 16,331, the Nasdaq rose 11 points
to 4,319 and the S&P500 added 11 points at 1,872.

In Asia today, the markets in Japan are closed for a public holiday. The Hang Seng
was recently up 177 points at 21,359.

WTI crude oil traded at $99.43 a barrel and Brent crude at $106.45.

Gold settled at $1,330 an ounce.

Skinny, did you know that, whereas the Stockwatch and
indeed all such pages on this and other sites give the
customary 15 minute delayed FTSE 100 reading, if one
goes to any RNS one gets the live reading. I didn't
know this until I monitored this yesterday. Just checked
again and this seems to be the case.

I didn't, but I tend to read it from the spread bet site that I always have open.
