Morning all!!

Top of the Street: Havas, Petrofac, BT, Kesko

A round-up of notable broker activity from Europe's top-ranked* analysts:

** Havas: 5-star rated Barclays analyst cuts stock to "equal weight" from "overweight" due to Vivendi take-over offer. Says shares are 1 pct below Vivendi's 9.25 euros offer price

** Petrofac: 5-star rated Morgan Stanley raises to "equal-weight" from "underweight", seeing limited further downside in near-term, and several potential positive catalysts, like refinancing

** BT: Macquarie bullish on stock, ups rating to "outperform" from "neutral", this is first time it has rated BT "outperform"

** Broker reckons consensus now sufficiently cautious on the future FCF generation and is implying too much negativity from FTTp and missing the upside at EE from BT's spectrum position

** Kesko: Danske Bank cuts to "hold" from "buy", seeing a clear risk of disappointing Q2 earnings

"While we continue to see substantial long-term margin improvement potential in Building & technical trade, its soft recent sales imply that Q2 is not likely to support the story", says Danske Bank

(*Analyst rankings from Thomson Reuters StarMine. Scale is from 1-star to 5-star with 5 being best. Analysts ranked on earnings accuracy as well as relative performance of recommendations over trailing 12-month & 24-month periods)
