Question, If one subscribes to L2 50 per month, how many screens can you have open all together with this package?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 29 Oct 2003 10:46 - 5 of 24

Stocktrader - you can open unlimited screens with the product, but obviously this may slow your system if it is an older one.

Regards

Ian

IanT, many thanks for the quick response. You may soon have a new customer for L2.

Ian,
Having trouble with speed of watchlist loading. Seem to been happening for about a week. Thought at first due to something which was working being altered. (V Dangerous).

It seems to be due to having to load java script every time I try to assess a new page.

Also seems to take longer loading data stream applet stream.
Am I just getting faster.(Unlikely) or have I screwed my cookies up or ?.

Grateful for advice.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Jun 2005 10:38 - 9 of 24

Fred1new,

There could be a number of reasons which are causing this - the first thing I would try would be to re install the Java plugin that runs it by clicking on this link:

http://java.sun.com/webapps/getjava/BrowserRedirect?locale=en&host=www.java.com:80

Once you have done that restart your machine. Let me know how you get on,

Ian

Ian,

Thank you.

Followed your suggestions seems a little quicker now.

Now I have another problem. Can you be equally as efficient.

It is about my overdraft problems.

8-)

Have a nice day!

Hi

Any idea why i cant access the trades pages by clicking the icon next to the ticker. Its the same if i try and click the chart or level 2 icon. If i use the tabs in the header it works fine.

Thanks

IanT(MoneyAM) - 20 Jun 2005 15:51 - 13 of 24

bangersman - they work as a pop up so if you have a pop up blocker either in your browser, on a tool bar or in your firewall it could be blocking them.

You will need to disable the blocker or configure it to accept content from us,

Hi ian.

Thanks for the reply but its not my pop up blocker as its turned off on this site. Its as if i cant click anywhere on the monitor but the tabs in the header work fine. Its strange because up until a few days ago clicking the icons worked a treat.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 20 Jun 2005 16:03 - 15 of 24

bangersman,

Make sure that all pop up blockers are configured - it could be that an auto update has run on your firewall or any other blocker you have which has now caused this behaviour. I would suggest that you temporarily disable all pop up blockers and try again to see if this is the cause.

Ian

I've just tried to access the Traders Room which as a Shares Magazine subscriber I've been able to do for the last 18 months or so and received a message that my subscription does not give me access to this feature

On futher investigation my account shows me as a free account not Premier which I believe I should be given my Shares magazine subscription

Could you please look into this for me

Thanks

Chalkie
