Carphone Warehouse said it expected full-year pre-tax profit to be in line with analysts' forecasts and that it would pay its first dividend but would take 15 million pounds in write downs. LogicaCMG said it had signed a deal with Netherlands-based mobile operator KPN Mobile , a unit of KPN, to deliver picture messaging services. Securicor saying it will make a special 12.5p dividend after saying it had agreed to sell its 50 percent interest in its distribution joint venture to Deutsche Post for 247 million euros Cable & Wireless, Kelda , Provident Financial and Foreign and Colonial are all promoted to the FTSE 100 . They replace British Airways, Rolls-Royce, RSA and Invensys . |
