LONDON (AFX News) - Imagination Technologies Group PLC said Texas Instruments Inc (TI), has licensed Imagination's PowerVR MBX graphics core for integration with TI's OMAPTM family of application processors for mobile devices.

PowerVR MBX is a 2D/3D graphics solution for future wireless multimedia devices.

Imagination's PowerVR MBX graphics cores provide mobile communication devices with embedded graphic capabilities.

Under the terms of the agreement Imagination Technologies will receive both license fee and royalty revenues.
