Todays news adds a great deal of turnover at little cost to Spring.They should show almost instant extra profits on the deal. This still leaves them with well over 40m in the bank.

While one area of the business is suffering, the fact that the company is trading in line with expectations is very positive news.

I think that when the market grasps the news it will go onwards towards 1.

I'm sorry but I think it may be peaking.
The best buy signals were when it crossed its EMAS lines in mid April.
Traded volumes are very low and variable which doesn't help.
Williams%R has gone flat which may indicate that the momentum has run out.
It might be a case of buy on rumour sell on news, the news may already be priced in tather than pushing it higher.

I disagree Densil. Market Makers having to buy at 68p today. This has got a long way to run yet. Some serious buying is going on in the backgound as could be seen yesterday.

Cashed a small part in today but as it has such a good run but still holding for long term balance, as this will continue its rise imo but may retrace a liitle unless more news breaks.

I agree, it's still stepping up, slowly and perhaps weakly. Worth keeping your eye on and perhaps finger on the button.
There are other breakouts around with better and stronger indicators. Any particular reason to stick with this?

None..Now moved on. However, I do think it has long term value but i feel I can now find a better home for the funds. Should it re-trace though I will look at it again.

On the other hand if new news breaks, I will consider it on that basis also.

Bit of spring today!

Its bounced once again on the back of improving figures and profits.

Time to get back in again, nothing in the charts to suggest it will not breakout past 60.

Results are due out tomorrow. Should get a re-rerating IMHO.

Are these not undervalued?

MKT Cap 100m however of which cash is 45m and results for the year are expected to be ahead of analysts' expectations, with profit before tax expected to be in excess of 5 million.

'ahead of analysts' expectations' - added to the likelihood of a blue day tomorrow with FTSE & DOW both doing well :-) Will be way up the Top % Gainers list tomorrow IMHO

WOW look at the DOW - in for a blue day tomorrow as mentioned earlier and watch this share Spring into action :-) because the results tomorrow (ahead of analysts expectations) are not priced in IMHO. Watch for an assault on the recent resistance of 68.5 and a possible breakout.
