Just took a look at the sets orders and the buy orders are pulling it up. A 100000 order just went through and it didn't make any change on the sets orders, 3 more orders 450K 88K & 50K and still no change! This one could easily carry on up if they aren't able to buy soon!
thanks to every one thats replied, its nice to know that there are some nice people out there willing to take time out to answer a question thanks again :-)
The sets buy orders @ 2.80 total over 2mil and sell @ 2.96 100K so they so they should still have further to go! The next few hours will be interesting!
little woman
Im baffled on this one......any way to explain it to me?
Why the sudden change
sells are up against the buys
Volume huge 40+ mills buys
60+ mills sold
company as you say in traders thread on verge of collapse
The sells & buys don't actually mean anything, as to sell someone else has bought. (I discovered this as I have sold shares which got recorded as buys - also the system records it as either a buy or a sell depending on the price.)
The reason it is is going up is the sets orders - (you need level 2 to see this) The buy orders far exceed the sells although this now looks like it may change soon. The orders have changed so the spread has almost gone, and it looks like they are trying to push the price back down! The question is will they succeed?
There has been a set buy all day for 1,680,000, but always a bit below the current bid price. (Sets buy at bid and sell at offer) It has just moved up, to 3p. Who ever this is, I presume thinks they are going to miss the boat, if they don't try and buy now.
* Telewest takeover is a tease - Hopes that ITE Group have negotiated more exhibitions and conferences in Russia - Hopes of strong results from Ted Baker next month
I sold TWT at close last night. Although they started well, dropped and went back up and is now going back down.
Sets orders are
Buys @2.9 = 250K
(Buys 2 to 2.9 total 610K)
Sell@3.15 = 230K
(Sells 3.15 to 3.29 total 1.21M)
Moneyam does special offers to try out Level 2 for free from time to time. Why don't you e-mail them and ask if they have one going at the moment and see for yourself?
