Any ideas why this stock shot up over the last few days? It has not moved for a long time. Have been looking around but there are no news either.

Waz_winn, agree with you that this stock has been a little bit of a drag but of late, it has been on an upward trend (especially with the two contract win yesterday). Are you a holder/former holder of this stock? In the past it has made me a lot of money but not recently. I hold quite a few of these stocks as I believe, the company has the ability to deliver the goods specially to the Far East markets.

(EM), announces today an agreement with Japanese giants Sharp Corporation
(Sharp) and ACCESS CO. LTD. (ACCESS) to develop a new generation of mobile
devices that aims to revolutionize mobile communication.
The device is a result of over five years of design by Emblaze Mobile in
cooperation with some of the best Israeli high-tech companies and it utilizes
some of the most advanced technologies in the mobile and computing arena.
Emblaze Mobile has joined forces with the Japanese Sharp and ACCESS to execute
on the hardware and software implementation achieving the highest possible
quality in development and manufacturing. Sharp is currently the leading mobile
device developer and manufacturer in Japan with unrivaled quality of production
while ACCESS is a leading embedded software provider globally. The device will
be first unveiled during 2008.

Magic Software Reports Record Q4 Revenues

Ra'anana, Israel, 03 March 2008 - Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Group") announces that Magic Software Enterprises ("Magic" or "the Company"), a member of the Emblaze/Formula Group and a leading provider of business integration, application development and deployment tools, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007.During the fourth quarter of 2007, Magic sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Answers on Demand (AAOD), to Fortissimo Capital for the sum of $17 million in cash. As part of the transaction, the Company entered into a three-year license agreement with AAOD to allow AAOD to continue resell Magic's portfolio of leading products. In accordance with U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), AAOD's results have been recorded as discontinued operations for all presented periods.Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2007On the basis of U.S. GAAP, which excludes the contribution of AAOD (see above), the Company's revenues for the fourth quarter were $15.7 million, an increase of 14% compared with $13.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2006, and up 7% compared with $14.7 million in the third quarter of 2007.Including the contribution of AAOD for all periods, the Company's pro-forma revenues for the fourth quarter of 2007 were $19.2 million for the fourth quarter of 2007, a 19% increase as compared with $16.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2006, and a 9% increase compared with $17.6 million in the third quarter of 2007.On the basis of U.S. GAAP, operating income for the fourth quarter of 2007 was $0.2 million, the same as in the third quarter of 2007. In the fourth quarter of 2006, Magic recorded an operating loss of $0.5 million. Net profit for the fourth of 2007 before discontinued operations was $0.3 million, compared to $0.1 million in the third quarter of 2007, and a net loss of $46,000 in the fourth quarter of 2006. Net income from discontinued operations was $9.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2007, of which $9.3 million was a one time capital gain. In the third quarter of 2007, Magic recorded net income from discontinued operations of $0.7 million, and in the fourth quarter of 2006, $76,000. GAAP net profit for the period was $10.0 million, or $0.32 per share compared to $0.8 million, or $0.02 per share, in the third quarter of 2007, and a net profit of $30,000, or $0.00 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2006.GAAP results include amortization expense as well as non-cash charges taken for the capitalization of intangible assets and stock-based compensation.Excluding these expenses, non-GAAP operating income for the fourth quarter was $0.3 million, compared with $0.4 million from the third quarter of 2007, and compared to the $0.3 million operating loss recorded in the fourth quarter of 2006. Non-GAAP net profit for the period before discontinued operations was $0.4 million, compared to $0.3 million in the third quarter of 2007, and $0.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2006. Non-GAAP net profit for the period was $10.1 million, or $0.32 per share compared to $0.9 million, or $0.03 per share, in the third quarter of 2007, and $0.2 million, or $0.01 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2006.Reconciliation between GAAP and Non-GAAP results is summarized in the following table.
