Creative Recruitment............ 2 Bagger in 3 Days. (CRT)

Guitar - 12 Sep 2003 21:57

This seems to have undergone a transformation. New name, new directors and what looks like a significant alliance announced at the AGM. Here are a couple of extracts from recent announcements. The question now is can they sell this software and support package. Perhaps the time is right. The whole Support Services sector and recruitment outlook is on the up. I'm in.

LONDON (AFX) - Jobs.co.uk PLC said shareholders at its EGM today approved
the resolution to change the name to Creative Recruitment Solutions PLC.
Furthermore Nicholas Jeffery has resigned as a director and chairman of the
Company, Norman Richmond has resigned as acting chief executive officer and John Nixon has resigned as finance director.
The group has appointed Tim Watts as non-executive chairman, and the
previous chief operating officer Craig Holborn was named acting CEO.
It did not name a replacement for John Nixon.

Jobs.co.uk is also pleased to announce that it has entered into an alliance with RebusHR, one of the UK's leading HR outsourcing firms providing strategic HR, payroll and employee information services. RebusHR will promote exclusively
Jobs.co.uk's Internet-based recruitment administration software to its clients,
which include more than sixty of the FTSE top one hundred firms, and will
provide support for the Jobs.co.uk software.

Very interesting ..... Hummmmmm! Food for thought!

Guitarist - 30 Sep 2003 21:39 - 4 of 15

I've been away for a couple of weeks and this seems to have rollercoastered. Interim highlights for me are: "Major contract wins". "Pickup in activity". "Increasing sales pipeline". High risk, but ballistic potential. Healthy buying today and a shortage of stock once again I notice.

Creative Recruitment Solutions PLC
26 September 2003

CREATIVE RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PLC (formerly JOBS.CO.UK PLC)

INTERIM RESULTS

Results

The turnover for the first six months of the year ended 2003 was 1,646,000
(2002 409,000) and the pre-tax loss was 884,000 (2002 654,000).

The directors are not proposing the payment of a dividend (2002: Nil).

Board

This is my first report to shareholders since I became the Chairman. I should
like to thank the previous Chairman, Nicholas Jeffrey, his fellow board members
and their other colleagues for their efforts over the past months.

Review

The year of 2002 saw the acquisition of Resourcing Software Limited (formerly
Halcyon Internet plc) and E-cruitnow Limited. There were unforeseen
difficulties arising from the acquisitions and with changes in market conditions
the year proved to be disappointing.

Towards the end of 2002 and continuing into the first half of 2003 there were
ongoing reviews of the cost structure resulting in a reduction of overheads and
the separate entities within the Group working much more closely together.

The Group achieved some major contract wins and formalised its strategic
alliance partnerships in the first half of the year putting the group in a
stronger position to sign up new business.

In June 2003 the Group granted a licence for the exclusive use of the domain
name
www.jobs.co.uk
to a subsidiary company of Pertemps Group Limited, a related
party, and received 800,000 consideration, which was used to reduce the Group's
debts. The 800,000 is disclosed within turnover in the profit and loss
account. The Group also received a 19.9% shareholding in the new business.
This transaction will allow the Pertemps Group to utilise its more extensive
resources to provide the investment required to promote and drive traffic to the
website which should allow this Group to benefit by way of its 19.9% stake.

The Group also changed it's name from Jobs.co.uk Plc to Creative Recruitment
Solutions Plc.

Future

We are beginning to see some pick-up in activity in the market and this is being
reflected by a continually increasing sales pipeline. Investment has been made
into the sales force and as a result we expect to see the benefits of these
actions over the rest of this and into the next financial year.

Huge surge yesterday then a fall back. Looks like this is about to pop again after a period of consolidation.

All sorts of rumours circulating about 1m-2m revenue from unannounced contracts.

Keep it on your watch list.

Guitarist - 02 Feb 2004 08:10 - 6 of 15

Nice start. Up 18%. More to come.

Guitarist - 02 Feb 2004 08:14 - 7 of 15

Now up 36%. MM won't be able to keep the lid on this much longer.

Guitarist - 02 Feb 2004 15:21 - 8 of 15

Intra-day peak up over 100% followed by a fallback. Held on to most of its gains with plenty more to come. Keep watching.

Guitarist - 02 Feb 2004 20:41 - 9 of 15

From today's Money-am Leaders and Laggards round-up.

"Creative Recruitment Solutions has risen 183% to 4.25p over five days. On 15 December it announced that it has joined the Peoplesoft, Inc. Software Partnership Program. Creative Recruitment Solutions intends to build an interface between its product web-cruit and PeopleSoft's E-recruit.

PeopleSoft is the world's second largest provider of enterprise application software with 11,000 customers in more than 25 industries and 150 countries."

I actually believe the recent rise has more to do with unannounced contracts than the PeopleSoft deal. The Spherion deal now looks certain and who knows what else is in the pipeline.

bb123 - 02 Feb 2004 22:57 - 10 of 15

Can we get an experts view on this chart????

draw?startDate=27%2F01%2F04&period=5D&ep

Guitarist - 03 Feb 2004 08:09 - 11 of 15

Unreported buys in the pipeline. Up 53% already.

More to come. This need a SERIOUS re-rating.

molatovkid - 03 Feb 2004 08:10 - 12 of 15

this is a company going places....see the rns this morning....annoucement of the spherion deal

Guitarist - 03 Feb 2004 22:06 - 13 of 15

Weak holders bring us back level again. Any buying first thing should bring a tick up. It's happened before when WINS drop the price late in the day.

Guitarist - 04 Feb 2004 22:24 - 14 of 15

Well, it looks as if the spread killed it today. Maybe some more excitement in the run up to results.

bosley - 13 May 2004 13:58 - 15 of 15

when are the results?
