CMS, DNX, EMH, MSN and SGP look to be best for trading.

That's worrying. It is alarming to think someone might trade based on these.

I do trade them. I set a monitor up with the stocks and check a number of things.

The % spread (try and pick ones with a smallish one)
was the volume yesterday abnormally high (if so then good)
Is the MACD swinging up
Was the rise part of a pattern of rises (preferably not been going on too long)
Is it trying to break out
Has there been any good news very recently (results, trading statements etc.)

plus a few other checks. You can add yuor own. I have found MTN, MTC, GAA. ARE and a few others this way recently.

Today was a good day with only one down (0.6%) out of 13 selections.
