Hi.
A bonus issue of Royal Bank of Scotland Additional Value 1 pence shares was made to all holders of Royal Bank of Scotland Ordinary 25 pence shares on a one for one basis. Each Additional Value Share will confer the right to dividends in aggregate of 1 per share to be paid on the basis of 15 pence per share on 1 December 2001, 30 pence per share on 1 December 2002 and 55 pence per share on 1 December 2003. Dealings in the Additional Value Shares commenced on Wednesday 12 July 2000.
You may note the last payment on these shares was Dec last. the shares are now dormant.
Hope this helps.
