I currently day trade with a percentage of my funds and thought I would start a new thread where day traders can identify shares which are suitable for short term trading. I personally classify day trading as buying and selling within a maximum timescale of 3 days. Hopefully we will all help each other.
I apologise in advance if a similar thread has already been created.

I have day traded and no longer use that method to form an income. My trades are somewhat longer that. However, I invite you to look into Retail Decisions (RTD).
Please DYOR but after having done mine, I would highly recommend for short term and long term trade.

Jumped on the bandwagon yesterday with Tadpole Technology (TAD), sold late this morning for a very good return in just under a day. I will leave TAD alone for a day or two as I would have thought it is due a retrace soon, however the short/medium term still looks good.
Mojo47 - Had any luck with your deals this week.
Any other day traders thoughts very welcome.

I have been researching FFA for a while now and believe it is very good for medium to long term hold dependant on quantity. Short term you can make a few hundred pounds but thats not much these days. I have a short term price target of 9.5 ot 10.5p long term is well a bit better... its mentioned in the blue sky portfolio so a lot of people are watching it.

Great day trading opportunity, Zoo Digital (Zoo) - could buy on a fall due to Trading Update, MM's marked it down over 30%, if you could get in at 10-11p I think there is a decent profit to be taken today, 10-15%. DYOR if you have time. Close price today over 12/13p I reckon. MM's do make the most of these trading updates, all good for a day trader though.
