next year credit card users will have to use a four digit code instead of a signature. basically , who will be the winners and losers?

its not just to get cash out. it will be the norm at shops , supermarkets , apparantly , everywhere .just wondering who the manufacturers for the new cards and technology will be ? who will benefit most and who is going to lose. i have got out of nsb because i think they are going to be one of the losers from this as they specialise in owner not present security. if pin numbers become the norm then whose making the chip???/

Is Datacash going to be a winner because of this?. They recently announced a link up with IBM. Cant see how they can fail to be in a strong position, or am i not seeing something?
