THIS IS A SOS TO ALL THE MM'S CAN YOU PLEASE START TO RAISE THE PRICE OF THIS SHARE.YOU CAN'T BLAME A MAN FOR TRYING!
DOES ANYBODY WITH ANY SENSE KNOW THE REASON FOR IT'S DECLINE?

webmeister - 30 Mar 2004 19:22 - 4 of 249

bad bad bad...emarald sucks...why would anyone care for this third liner??? try using options and better shares...also you could revise/learn how to select quality instead of piddling around with pennie procrastinators..I have seen emerald underperform more times than i care to recall...Really friend, the worst thing that could happen is that you profit from emerald and therefor reenforce your misjudgement..Learn share selection ..buy a software package...paper trade and narrow your favorites using strict criterior...Regards..

I HEARD A RUMOUR OF OIL IN COLUMBIA!GOOD PROSPECTS!

proptrade - 31 Mar 2004 10:35 - 7 of 249

SAW, get real. so far they may be producing a max of 750 barrels per day. hardly anything to write home about and certainly does not require an excitement of capital letters. do your research and listen to webmeister. much bigger and better fish to watch. check out my earlier thread in this stock. rgds.

hlyeo98 - 26 Apr 2004 19:55 - 8 of 249

The price of Emerald Energy has gone up at a fast rate as its production of oil in Columbia has soared at a rocketing rate and more drilling sites are being planned soon. The company has also gone into profit last year. So I would say this company has good returns in the future. Buy when it is so cheap now - 2.2p

ckmtang - 26 Apr 2004 20:13 - 9 of 249

yes i will say it will lots to rise.

Seymour Clearly - 26 Apr 2004 22:48 - 10 of 249

Being realistisc for a moment folks, yes, if the Global energy find is reflected by Emerald's who are drilling in the same area then the prospects are exciting.

And with a new management the Emerald of old is no more. Having had such a spectacular rise over the last couple of trading days we can expect some consolidation but this certainly looks a more viable purchase nowadays than it used to be. Depends on your time frame but for T10 traders it's a volatile and speculative punt. For investors there looks as though there could be plenty more upside, but where to I don't know!

hlyeo98 - 27 Apr 2004 07:51 - 11 of 249

The uptrend will persist as the volume of shares traded was only 2nd to Vodafone yesterday trading at 92 million shares. Buy at 2.2p

ckmtang - 27 Apr 2004 08:30 - 12 of 249

any idea why it keep rising?

rkausar - 27 Apr 2004 16:57 - 13 of 249

is this the next cairn energy????

dick dasterdly - 27 Apr 2004 21:51 - 14 of 249

can see 3p before the weeks out supposdly good news horizon which will take this into orbit they were 9p before but that was before rights issue

Seymour Clearly - 28 Apr 2004 00:22 - 15 of 249

2p definitely broken now (famous last words) but I can't help thinking that there is no correlation to the company of old so comparisons with price are meaningless - not having a pop at you dick ;-)

I'm holding for 3p or more - at 3p I'll probably sell a few and keep the rest - or I might keep them all :-) Undecided.

hlyeo98 - 28 Apr 2004 13:46 - 16 of 249

I have bought more today at 2.35p

Amberjane,
Does the car explain your apparent obsession with oily shares ?
