Help?Oil exploration co?

david.morris39 - 25 Mar 2004 09:48

Is there anyone out there that knows of an irish Exploration co currently in Iraq. I believe Albert Reynolds (ex Eire PM) is a main share holder. I was following this co a couple of years back as a penny share but have lost research details. For the love of me i cannot remember the name. I suppose that is one of the Drawbacks of aging or is that an advantage? oh i can't remember which it is. many thanks DM.

I believe the company was Bula Resources, but sadly no more as bankrupt!

Rutherford. many thanks i think you're right, it rings a bell, maybe that's why i can't find it. Although a rumour i've heard has it there is another co (Irish) that has negotiated drill Llicences with the Iraqs ahead of anyone else. many thanks for the kick in the head.
anotherx111. not heard of this one will check it out though. sorry haven't a clue who or what is 'rampers'. thanks

Bula was suspended about 18 months ago.
The other company may be Petrel Resources as they are involved in Iraq and are an Irish Co.
