dwelshmafia - 20 Apr 2004 09:55

THE DEAL WITH 3M OF USA LOOKS LIKE TO BE ANOUNCED SOON .THIS COULD BE WORTH MILLIONS FOR NXT ,BECAUSE WHEN THE NEWS BREAKS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY CHEAP JUMP ON BOARD.

The door is still open for investors. Any big jump in speaker revenue, or a deal with a moile giant/s not to mention 3M or aurix. The futures flat the future is NXT.

3M I don't recall any deal - was I asleep as usual? Today NXT [NTX] has sold of "non-core" business - well, well, well. The trouble with companies is that when they spend money (ours!) they tell us it's an opportunity AND when the lose money they claim it's non-core - well what about the Buyers? Are they buying a sad business not worth much attention? I doubt it -
The trouble with NXT[NTX] is that management tried to believe in this technology when everyone else couldn't care less. Speakers are History - they are no more exciting than domestic light-bulbs. True for some apps NXT has a kina edge - but these are limited sound applications, like lap-tops where the user is only taking the sound as part of an application. If you were in studio recording/ broadcast etc you'd want some known good speakers. For NXT to become a real speaker company they need to have a quality niche application ( not unlike the Bone Headphone ) where their technology creates the application, rather than follows it.
Having said that I agree with their stance on the replica Car-Speakers - good to be talking to Buyers in the (motor) Purchasing dept. Buyers like to know the suppliers are trustworthy and this route should provide some much-needed income.
