Anyone know why I can't view the charts and trades? When I click on them they don't work? Cookies are allowed which I though would be the problem?

Do you have java installed foir trades?

If not download it, find it through google.com

In respect if charts, may be you are running Norton Internet Security or similar with adverts or permissions set too high.

As seawalker suggested this could be being caused by one of several reasons. Can you confirm whether you can see the charts today - If not, I will talk you through a few things that may help.

do you have the latest version of the java plugin installed? If not, this may be causing your problems - let me know and I will tell you how to download it.
