New Investment Fund

Harn - 08 Jul 2004 09:39

Have sourced new investment fund - it gives both fixed and variable rate secured investment notes. Reason I'm interested is the high percentages on their fixed rate returns. This is partly due to some of their high risk investments doing very well.

Currency trading is the largest high risk area. The company they invest with has not yet however lost any money in any month - in fact the poorest month the trading firm still made 40% - this is then split with the investing company. Their risk can be altered but the max. level is 10% risk pm

Bridging loans receive a high retutn, although these are secured against property. But they still get 10% pm on each loan.

The company provides a three month loan note at present to investors, that is secured via their bank and their property assets. The interest rates start at 2.5% pm for investments from $10,000 USD to $250,000 then 3.75%pm for investments up to $1,000,000. Investments over this amount I believe get 5% but I'm not in that league yet.

All rates however depend on term and amount invested and interest is paid quarterly.
