I have been holding conroy diamond and gold shares for a long time time now and i ahve just recieved a number of new share in this company but at the moment there is no value to them does anyone else own share's in this company and have you recieved the same shares, or does anyone know what they will be worth when they start trading ?

I believe they are going to be listed on AIM, in the next few days

Conroy Diamonds & Gold said today that the High Court in Ireland has today sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement to de-merge the Company's diamond interests in Finland into a new entity, Karelian Diamond Resources. The Company will now proceed to implement the Scheme and it is intended that Karelian apply for admission of its shares to AIM in due course. Under the terms of the Scheme CDG shareholders will receive one ordinary fully-paid Karelian share for every six CDG shares held on the record date of July 23, 2004. In a separate but linked transaction Karelian will also acquire, in exchange for fully-paid shares, the diamond interests of unlisted Conroy plc which are also located in Finland. 1452 GMT Jul 26 2004

Well i have no idea if this piece below is true but given the time taken to list this on AIM something is not right.

The time has well and truly come to Laugh very Loudly Outloud.I was told over the weekend that Karelian may never get a quote on aim due to clarification of its financial position.
So !!HOWL OUTLOUD!! at Karelian the first company to be in financial dire straights before it even gets a quote...LOLOUTLOUD!!!
