Boots Group is in talks with SSL International, owner of condom maker Durex, to sell sex toys in most of its 1,400 stores as part of a drive to strengthen its appeal to women, the Financial Times reported citing the health and beauty retailer.

It quoted the company as saying it was in early discussions on selling Durex's Play range of sex toys, including vibrators and massage oils.

The newspaper also quoted SSL CEO, Garry Watts, as saying the group hoped to have its sex toy range on Boots' shelves next year.


Better news for SSL than for Boots I think............... ;-)

Durex have just bought out a lemon flavoured condom so you can come in a JIF :-)

Hitachi said it has raised its first half to September net profit forecast to 41 bln yen from the earlier estimate of 25 bln, citing stronger-than-expected sales of its IT and digital home appliance products.

After the earlier Toshiba news, this must be a fillip for the tech sector..
