I can see the cars, but its flaky.

I only have a modem connection because I'm in the coutry at at the moment, so no ADSL is available here yet. Two villges away they have it, so maybe in a few years they'll have it here too, although I'm not too interested in a connection that's a bit quicker, but just in one direction.

BT recently removed the restriction on distance from the exchange, so there is no excuse for them not to provide you ADSL.

I'd statr bugging them if I were you :)
