Have been looking for some time for follow up to LTHM (hope those interested still on board - hitting new highs after 4 for 1 split and special dividend on land sale - should be more to come). BBR looks the one. Market cap around 18M, profitable, big reorganisation last couple of years and new garden centres coming on stream (cf latham relocating from London site.)Hidden value for this one IMHO could be in 26 acre F/D level site in Bicester, near where M40 meets A34 and close to Bicester Village shopping outlets. Other outlets refurbished, but not this one so far. Big buying recently by Chairman. Given Mr Prescott's obsession with new houses in this area, what might this be worth if they got a savvy housebuilder in tow? Bought in January averaging 40p after trading update of poor Xmas sales, since recovered and will add more if annual results cause drop below 50p., but DYOR

Held up quite well during a bad time last few months for many smaller companies, particularly in retail. Interim figs last month strong, business now making healthy profits and net assets over 60p without promised uplift on Bicester redevelopment. Interesting RNS today - Edinburgh House Estates (private property co owning shopping centres) now has 7% stake and paid 57p for last 500K shares. IMO this plant still looks very healthy - hoping for sunflower status soon!

News getting better Torridon - bid approach. Looks like patience will be well rewarded, without loss of sleep in the meantime.

Bid confirmed today at 86.5p. Nice return over last three years. Still personally think the purchasers are getting it cheap on an asset purchase basis- imo the site at Bicester alone could be worth most of the purchase price if buyer is patient in enhancing development consents - so hoping someone comes along with a better offer.
