Nice RNS today, product very well recived by one of the leaders in the industry, this is on top of tie ups with Texas Intruments and rumors of a product to GN Netcom who are major suppliers to BT ,could be an early riser today. No numbers yet,but things certainly coming together.

Remember this share really moves on volume.

TECTEON PLC

Product Delivery to Clement Clarke Communications Limited

Tecteon PLC (
http://www.tecteon.com),
a leading provider of voice quality,
comfort listening and hearing protection technologies and solutions announces
that product design and development for the contract announced earlier this year
has been completed and delivered to Clement Clarke Communications (C3) Limited.
(
http://www.c3headsets.com
)

The product TC-1000 (
www.c3headsets.com/tc-1000
) will interface to a range of C3
headsets and can be retrofitted to existing headsets in the field. TC-1000 is an
acoustic shock attenuator and daily average exposure limiter with voice
enhancement to protect operators of call centres and centralised operation
services. It is designed to deliver high quality voice with minimum listening
effort, while protecting the user from acoustic shocks and high levels of noise
exposure through the headset. These protections are required by a number of
working guidelines and legislation, including the latest amendment to EU
Directive 2003/10/EC which comes into force in February 2006.

Tecteon has achieved this by designing and developing the hardware reference
design platform and subsequently integrating its proprietary voice quality
technologies and algorithms such as Audio Shock Attenuator, Automatic Level
Control, and Universal Tone Detector & Suppressor into the new product. The
TC-1000 will protect call centre operators against acoustic shocks and high
levels of daily exposure levels received through the incoming communication
channel.

Mark Lyon, Divisional Director at C3 stated:

'The roll out of our TC-1000 product has gone incredibly smoothly and we are
exceptionally pleased with the delivery of the technology by Tecteon PLC. I
would like to congratulate the team on a first class achievement. The TC-1000 is
very well received by our installed based customers across a wide range of
markets including call centers, air traffic control and the military. We expect
a significant percentage of our customers to opt for TC-1000 in line with the
requirements of the forthcoming legislation. I'm also pleased to announce we
will be looking to collaborate with Tecteon on other projects in the near
future.'

Amir Nooral, CEO of Tecteon PLC commented:

'The launch of TC-1000 is clear proof of our strategy in offering a complete
voice quality reference design platform for specific markets and applications.
I'm delighted with the launch of this important product in such a short period
of time. This is an excellent demonstration of our engineering capabilities. I
look forward to the deployment of this crucial product which complies with all
the latest health & safety recommendations. I'm also very excited about the
proposed ongoing partnership with Clement Clarke Communications. C3 is a global
player in the headset market and a very important partner for Tecteon. We look
forward to working closely together on future products to further strengthen our
partnership.'

Obe2konobi - 16 Jun 2005 19:19 - 5 of 14

Hi bartender.
I feel the force is strong in this one !
Set them up and I`ll drink to the rise. Shame some people felt the need to bail out late on and induce a drop in the price but as you say when the next big order comes through then we might see a more sustainable rise. Cheers.

TECTEON PLC

Clement Clarke Communications 2nd Licence Agreement
and
proposed strategic partnership

Tecteon PLC (http://www.tecteon.com), a leading provider of voice quality,
comfort listening and hearing protection technologies and solutions, has signed
a second contract with Clement Clarke Communications Limited (C3)
(http://www.c3headsets.com), with a minimum royalty value of #900,000
(Nine Hundred Thousand Pounds), receivable within 12 months of delivering to C3
a second hearing protection reference design platform. The product is scheduled
for delivery within 12 weeks of signing the contract. The agreement with C3, the
UK's longest established headset provider, is in addition to an earlier
agreement between the two companies announced on 22nd February 2005.

Tecteon and C3 have also agreed to establish the framework for a long term
strategic partnership designed to take full advantage of other opportunities in
the market which will benefit from DSP-based voice quality solutions. To this
end, Tecteon has agreed to appoint C3 as a non-exclusive distributor in respect
of Tecteon's existing technology. The agreement also provides that C3 will be
granted warrants over 5.8 million Tecteon shares (representing 3% of Tecteon's
current issued share capital) exercisable at a price of 5p per share between
1 July 2005 and 1 July 2008. Shares issued in respect of these warrants will be
subject to a 12 month lock-in from the date of issue and thereafter will be
subject to the usual orderly market constraints.

Mark Lyon, Managing Director at C3 stated:

"Clement Clarke Communications is fully committed to expand its
digitally-enhanced product portfolio. Tecteon delivered on the technical
challenges of TC-1000 (www.c3headsets.com/tc-1000.htm), and this has created the
necessary confidence for us to make a substantial commitment in this agreement.
We look forward to the successful delivery of what I would describe as an
exciting new product."

Amir Nooral, CEO of Tecteon commented:

"In addition to gaining a valuable contract for licensing our voice quality
reference design platform, we have demonstrated that our engineering excellence
can support important headset manufacturers in the development of their
digitally-enhanced product supply strategy. I am confident we will deliver this
contract within the agreed timescales and I look forward to exploring further
opportunities with C3 to further develop our strategies in the headsets and
telephony markets."

2nd contract with C3 should be completed by the end of the month. With so much talk about VOIP, its surprising that TEO as providers of software to this industry is not taking off yet. Nice if managment take advantage of this. Also, lack of progress on their oil fields seems to be holding back the shares.
I hold shares in this and like everyone on this website, am looking for a blue skyer but who isnt eh!
10p by the summer eh. Well, we shall see.

FT - 27 Sep 2005 08:56 - 8 of 14

groover22 - 27 Sep 2005 10:26 - 9 of 14

iI think there may be some speculation of a potential tie up with another headset manufacturer or completion of the 900,000 order from Clarke which should be completed within 12 weeks of late June which is soon!. Such a shame that they didn't receive any mention on Shares and companies that may benefit from VOIP. If you look at their site, it does say that their software is used for it. Anyway DYOR and all the best FT
