Greystone - 22 Aug 2005 21:15

Greystone - 23 Aug 2005 06:34 - 3 of 6

Good morning traders!

The Hang Seng ended the morning down 5.01 points at 15,213.62 with the Nikkei having another good day, up 146.11 points at 12,598.62 last time I checked.

Oil prices were higher in Asian trading as investors looked ahead to this week's release of the US petroleum inventory report. New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in October, was trading at $65.73 a barrel, up 8 cents from its close of $65.65 in the US overnight.

See you later with some UK news.....

Happy trading!
