When I'm on the stockwatch page the level 2 promo keeos coming up 30 seonds or so, for about 3 mins.

If you use Mozilla FireFox as your browser you dont get popups :-)

That is not a pop up that is iour contended system - as a free user you have limited access to our streaming features, and depending on how many people are using teh site at any point in time, you will lose your connection. It is not an advert, it is a limitation, which all of our competitors also run on their free services,

That is correct, it is due to your level - only Active level users and above can get access to continuous streaming prices
