Good afternoon punters.nothing much happening today..so let me try and find a good little e/w punt at rewarding odds.. Brighton 3-05 is a nice little handicap with mostly exposed runnersI like Cosmic Destinythis 6yo sprinter has a tremendous track record at Brighton over the last couple of season and never seems to run a bad race therenine runs over the last two campaigns has produced form figures that read 2 wins1 second3 thirds2 fourthswith only two unplacedlet us take this a step furtherwith todays good/soft conditions only being the same on two prior runs his form improves to 1 win and 1 third from two.The trainer Ed Vaughan is in reasonable form and the Trainer/Jockey combination has produced two placed from two runs in the last twelve daysHis last run is the reason we are getting a good price today.13/18 in a Newmarket race ridden by the inexperienced Andrea Atzeniand the horse pulled far to hard for the slightly weaker Jockeybest odds around are 12/1 and you should get a good run for your moneyI have traded a little higher on Betfair.but think the price will still shrink?

I never recommend favs. or short prices and so we will have our fair share of losershopefully the big value winners will keep us in front.

Please use this info to help your own judgement

Good luck.

tabasco - 24 Oct 2008 09:31 - 304 of 9624

Dilif you had staked your mortgage on the selection [9-99].it would be obvious to assume you have checked the result? One never knows with you?

Dil - 24 Oct 2008 09:49 - 305 of 9624

No , was just going to go down the bookies with a wheelbarrow to collect the winnings .

How much did I win ?

2517GEORGE - 24 Oct 2008 09:53 - 306 of 9624

Dil----The good news is you won't need to take your wheelbarrow for a walk. Ha! Ha! Mind you if you had been following my tips over the past fortnight, you wouldn't be able to afford a wheelbarrow.

Good Morning punters..
The Saturday value bets start with Aegean DancerDoncaster 2-25 I tipped this up last week at Musselburghfrom a bad draw and hampered startwas soon chasing the leaders finally finishing 7 behind Hamish McGonagalland now 8lb better off.the selection usually runs his best races late on in the season.. and finished second in this very race last yearruns off almost the same rating todaywill probably have one more race here on the 8th November this yearthe selection has had small punts wagered on his last two racesand I expect a good return before the end of this campaignbest price 33/1...with this being such a large field I suggest a saver on Green Parkwho showed solid form being 3L behind Hotham a fortnight ago and 6lbs better off today!best price22/1
My second selection is Favourite GirlDoncaster 3-00...a likeable Filly that just keeps on getting betterHer last race at Redcar was a tremendous effort only going down by a fag paper in a listed race despite hanging in the last furlong.clear second rated with only the hotpot to beatwhich is incidentally a maidenand therefore a punters nightmare!best priced 10/1 and buying money cheaply!
To make the treble I go to Newbury and the 3-20.Barry Hills 3yo filly Kay Es Jayif you look back to last year where she ran A.P.OBrians Kitty Matcham to 3L at Newmarketyou would have expected her to be a short price fav. Todays going matches that of the Newmarket raceand will be only the second time she has had g/s14/1 best priced.fill your boots!

I never recommend favs. or short prices and so we will have our fair share of losershopefully the big value winners will keep us in front.
