The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Tabby, the direction in which the share price has been headed gives an indication of bad news tomorrow; I genuinely hope that for once a share (MDX obviously in this case) can buck the trend and come up with the goods, but in light of what has happened in Congress tonight it probably won't happen tomorrow even if the results are good. But who knows at this point?

Yes, well there are going to be lots of bargain buys tomorrow, but will they survive in the long run if they rely on borrowing from a bank. Will there be any banks left??! ;o)

Funny how Tabbytit generally takes a position 'later on' - no mention of a FTSE short at the time, it was just an opinion. Strange how there'e been no mention of it until now, perhaps you've only just remembered? I hope your imaginary FTSE position is large enough to cover your now +50000 imaginary loss on MDX
MDX will have to declare a huge profit tomorrow to end blue, even that probably wouldn't be enough. It will be interesting to see if the results reflect the late decline which seemed to indicate a leak.

Like this:-
We have also commissioned a remuneration consultant to review salary, bonus and long term incentive plans to ensure that the interests of management and shareholders are aligned with rewards linked to long term performance.
Dont like this:-
Due to several value enhancing acquisitions occurring over the previous 12 to 18 months, the Company has a requirement for working capital to expand and grow the business. The offer period for much of 2008 has considerably hindered the Company's ability to raise funds for such working capital. However, the Company is currently in detailed discussions with multiple providers of capital, and hope to be in a position to update the market in the very near future in relation to the outcome of these discussions.

It's going to be a case of 'watch this space' for a while Tabby; not the best of times to require extra funding but overall not too bad. The potential is still there but there may well be a loss of momentum for a while.

Actual profit 1.69M, a very poor return on turnover of 23.7M
From an EPS perspective hardly any improvement on 2007FY
Cash in the bank 509k - no wonder they need to raise capital, they're nearly broke, hope their customers pay the bills on time - cash flow is everything, especially in this financial climate.
Chances of getting a placing away at the moment? Only at a big discount to today's SP. More dilution on the way. Wouldn't be surprised to see 200M shares issued at 10p to raise 20M.
SP target 10p

Kim.. I am happy!
Clear and concise RNS.our cash is safe! We do not need to raise capitol in order to fund any losses!to expand and grow the business could raise good money by selling a tech off if necessarythe Company is currently in detailed discussions with multiple providers of capital, and hope to be in a position to update the market in the very near future in relation to the outcome of these discussions. Hopefully strong Finns Brokers note today.
