Superscape was founded nearly twenty years ago, and has been dedicated throughout its history to the development of ground-breaking software technology for the creation and delivery of innovative, high quality interactive 3D applications.
Over the years, Superscape has amassed unparalleled expertise and experience in the development of 3D software capable of working within the constraints of limited memory devices, slow processor speeds and strictly controlled file sizes.
Drawing on this knowledge, Superscape has established a world-leading position in the development of industry-standard 3D technology and applications for mobile devices. The company's Swerve technology has been developed specifically for wireless environments in close collaboration with ARM, and comprises a 3D engine (Swerve Client), authoring tools (Swerve Studio) and a broad portfolio of 3D content, with particular emphasis on 3D games. Swerve is being adopted on a global basis by many of the mobile industry's leading players, together with world-renowned content and brand organisations.
Superscape has corporate headquarters in Hook, Hampshire (UK) and San Clemente, California (USA) with regional offices in Tokyo and Sydney. The company is quoted on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: SPS).
Superscape (SPS) has received various tips in the press and by Analysts recently which will certainly give impetous to the share price. Indicators are looking good with the RSI rising off an oversold position and the MACD crossing showing BULLISH signs for the stock.
The mobile gaming market is still in it's infancy but the projected revenue is enormous. Mobile operators are looking at tapping the Gameboy market as they feel that users will not want to carry around a multitude of technology and if they have a mobile phone which can double as a gaming station than people will prefer this option.
People should also look at the recent contracts which SPS have signed for their technology. This is a technology company which could well be a great success in 2004.

I bought a new mobile this weekend and downloaded the Resident Evil, I must say it is great quality. It cost 5 quid per game. I feel this is a money making machine. I should have stayed when it was 30p back in spring. I guess I can still jump on board, will wait for some temporal weakness in the price. Good luck to all holders

Whilst there is a general upward trend SPS are marking time at present when you consider the ongoing positive comment. Considering there miniscule turnover of 1Million it would take very little increased activity from the new phones/vodafone et al to be able to make a dynamic statement eg if they trade 160K in a month (say October) they can report forecast annual sales doubled with more to come!!!I think some of the numbers SPS would have to do to set the world alight seem like a walk in the park!
I know over confidence is a bad thing but bought this company the day I first read about them and the potential ( as my son would say )is scary! -All IMO

Quite surprising why SPS are still down on the dya given the strength of trading. Buys are way in front. Mind you there are defiitely psychiological barriers at times when you reach ceertain numbers, perhaps 60p is one of them?

Definitely hitting some resistance at the 60p level and still remarkably cheap - there has been a lot of oscilation around this point these past few weeks. I really thought the Vodafone announcement last week would help us break-through and reach 70p.
When the revenue stream starts moving and becomes more visible then I believe we'll see another quantum jump into the 70p-80p+ territory...check out the Evolution broker rating earlier on this thread for a great summary of the financial impact of the SPS swerve enabled handset/downloads that are now starting to jump off the shelves and receive serious advertising and promotion by the mobile players e.g Vodafone. SPS will want to see a steady rise in the price vs a massive spike so I'd be hopeful we might even see a trading statement appear before too long...maybe this side of Christmas.

Why the drop today given recent news I'd have expected to see continued momentum? Looks like some short profit harvesting to me.

Drop will be short lived (IMO). Its now worth waiting for news on revenue streams from new 3G phones. probably get more news in the run up to xmas.
i suspect.
Take the opportunity to add is my advice - this is only going up long term.

Bugger that caught me out - I was hanging on to reinvest the money I drew down by selling half my holding - target was 50p.
I think I'll to revise my strategy. Maybe 55p should be my new target to get some more.

mg, its a bit of a pain this one, I have been in and out of these a few times, last time I went back in a couple of weeks ago I was determined to not pay more than 59p when they were trading at 60-61 I was pleased to pay 59.5 (I think) and then last week I spend several days not watching the market and when I did check I felt a slight tightening of the Thong, if you know what I mean, still in and these have been my best investment this year so no complaints.

Definitely my best performer this year - doubled my money and then sold so that it owes me nothing but profit from here in. However, it's definitely got potential - not as much as MST mind ;)

Well, didn't expect that. Had a limit buy in for my SIPP @53 - now back to my previous holding.
Quite happy 'cos the average purchase price is now about 27p ;)
