j this is old news from a few years back market already knew what is holding is these were not brought recently ,hence why the was no rise in s/price if he had brought these in the market the s/p would have been a lot stronger.

A statement from Nigel Brabbins on the 12th January 2006:-
Ultrasis CEO, Nigel Brabbins, in his address to the shareholders made the following points:
I have high regard for Ultrasis employees, whom I have found to be extremely capable, loyal and committed and I thank them for their support in my first 4 months in office.
I am convinced of the high quality of the product range, in particular the flagship Beating the Blues and believe Ultrasis has great potential and an exciting future ahead of it.
I am thoroughly looking forward to taking the business forward and creating significant value for shareholders.
I believe 2005 has been a positive year of development for Ultrasis and I thank Graham Lewis (ex CEO) for his efforts and would highlight three points of note 1) the appointment of an extremely competent Director of Sales, John Smith, 2) raising 750k in a placing to support Sales and Marketing activity and 3) presiding over an increase in market capitalisation from 4.2m (Sept 04) to above 27m.
I can confirm the appointment in the preceding 3 months of 3 sales managers taking the sales team up to 5 to capitalise on current commercial activity and in anticipation of the NICE recommendation.
The expected announcement date for NICE on Beating the Blues is February and that this would recommend that Beating the Blues be offered to all patients presenting with mild and moderate depression.
I am developing a strategy to communicate more fully with the wider NHS, including trade journals and GP web sites and exploring other opportunities to promote awareness of Beating the Blues and other Ultrasis CBT products.
I can confirm that sales and costs year to date are in line with internal budget expectations.
Development of the Web enabled Beating the Blues product is progressing well, although we should be cautious, in that the availability of this will not necessarily result in an immediate and significant impact on sales. It will however, provide total flexibility in the provision of Beating the Blues, to match that of all other Ultrasis products.
I can confirm that details on the partnership with HealthMedia Inc are complete and both companies have agreed their promotional activities and revenue targets for this year. Whilst this is a non exclusive arrangement I hope it will prove commercially beneficial for both parties.
My thoughts on future strategy centre around 3 main areas:
We will look to broaden the market for Beating the Blues and other Ultrasis products beyond clinical, in to corporates, higher education, public sector and high stress environments, where we know levels of absenteeism due to stress, are high.
We will also explore areas for adding value to our products by shifting towards a service rather than product led business through the provision of complimentary services.
We will look to broaden our product range within interactive, multi media delivered CBT, subject of course to rigorous commercial assessment.
Ultrasis aims to become a provider of healthcare services and will continue to develop organically as well as looking to partnerships, JVs and acquisitions to achieve this aim.

OOps.
While I was typing the spread widened from 0.02p to 0.05p as the price went up. Guess it kind of answered it for me.

I defer to your knowledge Woodie. It is a relatively small holding for me so I don't watch it that keenly, but my eye was drawn to a narrower spread than I normally see.
