Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

Tullett J thanks for your reply 279 I feel that at least there should be wording"FTSE Delayed By 15mins"there could be those that do not know the history of this matter and base decisions on an inaccurate figure.In the main I feel that the service provided is very good,but this matter could be very misleading.

Another matter regarding trades these should not be taken as gospel,I monitored three seperate trades 5 mins both sides of my actual trade time,none of these showed on your trades screen.

Still have my problem of mismatch between stockwatch and portfolio. eg AEE down 3.5% in portfolio, no change in stockwatch. DOM down 5% in portfolio and down 3/4% in stockwatch. RR down 2.9% in portfolio but up 1.32% in portfolio.

Prices shown on the 'Stream Prices' option are incorrect.
e.g. BPRG shows 68.9 currently , correct price is 68.5p
ISO shows 387.5p , correct price is 385p
FKL shows 385p, correct price is 375p

Please could you have a look and correct.

Looks like it has an out of date version. The News for Ros is dated the 10th

Mine too are all beserk but it is good mental exercise to take the yesterday close and to-days mid and work our the percentages myself.

Some of the price changes have corrected,but there are some still showing incorrect.

I am restarting streaming again, we found the cauase of the problem. expect slowness for 3-5 minutes.

can you check the prices, on NML its showing down 19 odd percent, its not.
