Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Just so you know where we are at with requests:

Out of interest the market breather is giving us a chance to push forward with some new products so look out for a completely new charting package (web based initially) and a Newswatch -like stockwatch but for news!! These will be in open Beta test in a couple of weeks time. We will then think of some alert mechanisms(audible/visual) to tie in with Newswatch.

We also have a competiton being launched in April, aimed at the active investor/trader with some reasonable prizes. This has been on closed Beta test by some of our users for 3 months and looks very good:-).

Ian, a code-sharing prob. ROK is the EPIC for the London-based share 'ROK Property Solutions'. Sadly it is also the code for ROCKWELL AUTOMATION INC and it is the second of those two companies to whom the news flag at 16.03 relates. Is there a way to choose which ROK I want news from?

Could it be that someone has confused a recent admission NXS (Nexus Management) with NSX (FTSE Fledgling Index).

Using the TradeSeeker level 1 feed, NSX which is downloaded with no data has the caption 'Nexus Management PLC d 0.25p' !

qwento I get the same. Sadly I get the exception now on all quotes so JT is taking a look.

So if I get a bloke to ask the question, then it gets fast-tracked to The Boss and actioned pronto, eh?!
