Dear Mr.insiderinside, have you noticed that seo didn`t collapse into a little ball of shrinkfilm today, but instead showed great resilience in what can only be described as sizable market correction. Not only does this add major support around the 20p level but gives the many holders of seo shares a lot of confidence for the future months. It would almost have been a travesty if any new announcements had come out today as these would have been absorbed in this mornings carnage. It`s amazing but at the top of this thread there is a chart that shows the meteoric rise of seo from last august,it`s there every time you log on Mr.insider, im`e just wondering with your blinkered vision if you`ve actually seen it.Not a bad chart is it?

A very perceptive point, well made driver. I was referring to his beloved Toon who were soundly thrashed on Sunday, I can tell my comedy genius is wasted on him :o(

Eric - were you surprised that Tiger Woods won the masters - I know you were rooting for Luke Donald - who did play superbly well! I think Tiger is fab and a real joy to watch.

Good SEO day on balance! Hurrah again (for no particular reason!)

andysmith - 18 Apr 2005 20:30 - 3077 of 27111

Pisces, good comment re:confidence, as each week goes by my confidence increases with SEO and the support for SEO. In recent weeks SEO sp survived the double combo of CGT profit-takers and EK, then confirmed that engineering agreements in place to facilitate a roll-out in USA/Canada/Mexico much sooner than we even thought and now it comes through significant falls on the market with good buying taking advantage of low sp this morning.
It takes courage to buy anything on days like today, I neshed out on what seems bargains on some of my watchlist until I see where markets are heading BUT SEO keeps attracting the buyers in. The trades did the talking today and the lucky & brave sods with cash got a bargain.

EWRobson - 18 Apr 2005 21:28 - 3078 of 27111

Chiva: very funny! Lol!- for some; GAR (groans all round) from others.

Poverty: can't deny Tiger is exciting to watch but I'm always keen to see him beaten particularly by an Englishman, or even an Irishman, Scotsman or, since Dil might be listening a Welshman: mind, I don't think they still play golf now that Ian Woosnam has retired to manage the Ryder Cup team. This golf challenge initiated by pth is a great idea.

Andysmith. Good to see you in your normal good form. Pisces, too: given that the downward correction was typically 5% and sometimes 10%, the performance of SEO today is equivalent to a rise to somewhere in the 21 - 22p range. Well done all those who were lucky enough to have free cash to buy today at bargain proces - envy! envy!

Looking at the chart it is interesting to note that the sloping resistance level looks as though it has now become a support level. I expect there is a name for it. Interesting to see if it works out.

Yeah! Could be set to rocket into the stratosphere. If so, I suggest that we put Insider Inside! Powered by Dynamite! lol! rofl! always laoj!

Just read a theory that over the last five years the DOW and S&P have each fallen in the week ending about the 15th April only to rise the following week - the 15th is the day Americans have to pay their taxes and need to liquidate capital to meet the bill!

There is also talk of the extreme bearish sentiment from the American Association of Individual Investors in US which reports 188% bears to bulls. This is a strong bottom signal. Given lack of support on the DOW on Friday, likely there will be a 2-5% further drop this week to put a bottom on the DOW. If so a major buy signal, before the next leg upwards, typically 27.5% on average, and as high as 40%, in the 52 weeks to follow.

Theory, superstition or bearsh*t - we'll know later on this year.

bosley - 19 Apr 2005 08:22 - 3086 of 27111

morning baza. soz. i was just a bit shocked by a lack of red on my watch list.

EWRobson - 19 Apr 2005 08:44 - 3087 of 27111

Perhaps you've gone colour blind, bos! Quite useful on bad days. Better get out and practise that golf swing - pull a few birdies!

Eric

bosley - 19 Apr 2005 08:54 - 3088 of 27111

morning eric, no, no, my eyesight is fine. i was thinking of digging out my clubs (if i can get to them at the back of the shed). as for pulling birdies..... those days are long gone! going to be up in geordieland over the may bank holiday weekend . somewhere in northumberland, i think , for a wedding. thinking of wearing my man u top if we go into newcastle for a visit.....:) (to be honest , i didn't think newcastle had a hope with the amount of players injured or suspended. may have been a different story if they had had a full strength team though).

bhunt1910 - 19 Apr 2005 11:28 - 3089 of 27111

3 lots of 250,000 sells gone through at 20 minute intervals. Someone shorting perhaps ??

bosley - 19 Apr 2005 12:54 - 3091 of 27111

very quiet day all over , really. a good steady eddie morning for seo. hopefully it will continue for this afternon. we could do with a few yawn days at this level.

driver - 19 Apr 2005 13:23 - 3092 of 27111

Been to work still don't like it, I agree bos steady eddie's can't do any harm.

insiderinside - 19 Apr 2005 13:38 - 3093 of 27111

I would disagree there - a steady day with an RSI above 60 - no news - no orders - pending loss at interim and prelim - and a technology still not ok with Asda (pending those further trials) - a realistic share price as we stand today of around 4p - and a present price over 20p - that does not bode well for the coming months.
