Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

Still have my problem of mismatch between stockwatch and portfolio. eg AEE down 3.5% in portfolio, no change in stockwatch. DOM down 5% in portfolio and down 3/4% in stockwatch. RR down 2.9% in portfolio but up 1.32% in portfolio.

MoneyAM Mobile

Prices shown on the 'Stream Prices' option are incorrect.
e.g. BPRG shows 68.9 currently , correct price is 68.5p
ISO shows 387.5p , correct price is 385p
FKL shows 385p, correct price is 375p

Please could you have a look and correct.
thanks,
photon

All,

I am about to restart the streaming servers which will cause temporary slowness of service (for about 2-3 mins) this is to impliment some fixes you have been asking for.

J.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 12 Aug 2004 13:37 - 314 of 616

all,

services are restarted, please allow 1-2 minutes to reconnect.

After that if there is still no connection, please press 'refresh' on your browser.

All,

The news flags are working again on stockwatch, and there is a new - less confusing - header about the FTSE.

Ill cross those off the list.

Looks like it has an out of date version. The News for Ros is dated the 10th

Oakapples142 - 12 Aug 2004 13:54 - 322 of 616

Mine too are all beserk but it is good mental exercise to take the yesterday close and to-days mid and work our the percentages myself.

torquay - 12 Aug 2004 14:03 - 323 of 616

I'm sure its just a glitch though, lee

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 12 Aug 2004 14:17 - 327 of 616

LEEWINK,

Yes, we are dealing with this at the moment. I received your email, but am slightly (quite) behind on them at the moment, will get back to you on that.
