IanT(MoneyAM) - 20 Jul 2005 07:59

Please accpet my apologies, but our suppliers are experiencing a problem at the moment - with both Level 1 and level 2.

I will notify you as soon as this is resolved,

stockbunny - some pice of software (maybe the same probably not) is affecting this on a local level for the three of you. A windows update ran recently which may be the cause - you will need to find out which piece of software is causing this on your machine as I can confirm the system is working as it should be. YOu can alternately try the different browser I have posted a link for.

Unfortunately, without looking at the 3 pc's involved, I cannot be more specific.

All of a sudden it's working again and faster than ever.

I see we have a new header format on trades.

All working fine today - and I have not made any changes at all

Definitely something at your end

From memory - the last time it happened - there was a problem earlier in the day with your site - perhaps the 2 are connected - maybe someting is not being refreshed when restarted.?

Anyway - its fine now - thats all that matters - thought u would like t know

Baza,

Thank you for letting me know - I cannot for the life of me think what if anything at this end would be causing an isolated problem like this with a limited number of our users. Glad it is ok now,

Ian

It might be me but does anybody think the monitor feeds are 30 seconds
behind the real prices ?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 21 Jul 2005 08:25 - 38 of 41

MAckem,

There is no delay on this at all. As the price changes on the market the screen updates. You may want to try a restart on your machine to see if that helps you?

By putting two ad's one above and one by the side,it's ruined the page, now you have to scroll down to see any prices and when you click on you hit an ad by mistake..

Thanks Ian.

To avoid a slow log on put the log on page on your favourites web page so you bypass the home page and if you click on and it is still slow, click on one of the browser options such as trades and you will find that you are loged in.
